Refund & Cancellation Policy

JBROX Sports Lab currently offers virtual athletic coaching and instruction.

Virtual Sports Lab - Experience

The Sports Lab Experience is a four-session virtual coaching program.

If you need to cancel before the first scheduled session, please contact us at john@jbroxsportslab.com. We will review cancellation requests and, when appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.

Once the four-session experience has begun, refunds are generally not available for the remaining sessions.

If JBROX Sports Lab must cancel or reschedule the program, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or rescheduling option.

Virtual Sports Lab - Personal

Personal instruction consists of four virtual one-on-one sessions.

If you need to cancel before your first session, please contact us at john@jbroxsportslab.com. We will review cancellation requests and, when appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.

If you need to reschedule an individual session, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to find another available time.

Once a personal instruction session has taken place, refunds are generally not available for the remaining sessions.

If JBROX Sports Lab must cancel or is unable to provide a scheduled session, we will work with you to reschedule the session or provide an appropriate refund.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
