JBROX Sports Lab currently offers virtual athletic coaching and instruction, including the Sports Lab Experience and Personal Instruction.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products and services on our website. Information, descriptions, schedules, pricing and availability may change from time to time.
JBROX Sports Lab reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product or service at any time.
SECTION 3 - VIRTUAL COACHING
JBROX Sports Lab's virtual coaching services are educational and athletic instruction intended to help athletes develop their skills and understanding of hitting and athletic movement.
Participation in athletic training is voluntary. Athletes and their parents or legal guardians are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for the athlete.
JBROX Sports Lab does not guarantee any particular athletic performance, outcome, playing opportunity, or level of improvement.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the applicable product or service. JBROX Sports Lab reserves the right to accept or decline an order.
Your purchase is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree that purchases made through our website are for personal use and not for unauthorized resale or redistribution.
SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and participating in scheduled virtual sessions.
If you need to reschedule a session, please contact JBROX Sports Lab as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If JBROX Sports Lab must cancel or reschedule a scheduled session or program, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate rescheduling or refund option.

Our Services, including our trademarks, logos, text, photographs, graphics, videos, training materials, website content and other materials, are owned by or used by JBROX Sports Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

JBROX Sports Lab's names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans may not be used without prior written permission.

JBROX Sports Lab is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Sales and purchases made through our store are made directly between you and JBROX Sports Lab.
Shopify is not responsible for the products or services purchased from JBROX Sports Lab.
